Arranging a funeral for a homeless, destitute is something no-one can imagine having to do. And at a very emotional time, financial pressures in paying funeral expenses can add to the distress.

Elif has assisted many Muslim families financially in England and Wales who have had to arrange a funeral for their loved ones especially during Covid time. Whilst many funeral directors do not charge fees, there are other funeral related expenses that bereaved families struggle to find. Financial support is available from us to help with such funeral costs, together with practical advice and guidance.  We work with Muslim Funeral Service Ltd in London to support with arranging funeral care for people without relatives or families in the UK.  Besides, we assist with the washing and shrouding of the Muslim deceased person and even providing Imams to do the last funeral rites for Muslims.
